| Personal (what did and/or do you plan to do to enjoy life) | Since my bio for our 40th Barb and I both retired in 2009 and it is terrific! We celebrate our 49th anniversary this year. Our retirement priorities are spending time with our seven grandchildren and traveling. We are always busy and have a few projects going. I am currently completing the frame-off restoration of a pickup truck with my grandson. We do a couple of trips each year, usually ocean cruises. Our most memorable trips were a cruise and tour of the Mediterranean a few years ago, taking our kids and grandkids on an Alaskan cruise last year and, in March and April of this year, Barb and I did a fantastic six-country cruise and tour of Asia. After saving my pennies for 50 years I finally bought a ragtop Corvette shortly after retiring and of course we enjoy taking it out and “cruising the gut” between Lakeside park and Gilles. |
